Ideal for jumping in puddles, but not for continuous use

I bought Mountain Warehouse Plain Kids Rain Boots for my 7 year old son to wear to school on rainy days. The blue color looks cute and goes well with his uniform. The shoes are easy to put on and take off, making them ideal for toddlers. They are also quite durable and hold up well to all the rough play which my son loves. However, after a few months of use, I noticed that the boots were starting to crack and the sole was falling off. It's still a good shoe for casual wear, but I wouldn't recommend it for extended use.
