They are extremely professional at what they do! I have been working with them for 2 years now to help build my website brand out from scratch into something that represents me well as an artist/ creator who also has experience running her own business (I teach classes). Their team knows their stuff very thoroughly - it's always so great when you see someone actually doing research before coming up with ideas or solutions. There were some small changes we needed made but nothing major over our first year together. Just make sure communication is super clear during this process if there will be any issues down the road because things can get lost along the way even though everyone involved wants good results. We've had amazing success building our audience since being connected with wax studios- getting more people interested about us through social media marketing etc.- especially Instagram where all eyes seem focused right now anyway, plus having high quality content consistently posted daily helps keep interest growing constantly which makes everything easier.
