He doesn't fall!
I bought this because when I got my Mazda 3 I needed a smaller bin. I got it to put on the floor in the middle of the back seat. When I first put it in I thought it would definitely fall everywhere when I was driving. I've had it for a few months now and it hasn't been dropped once. It's not big but it fits my car perfectly.
