Unfortunately I can no longer return this because the return period has expired. But a few months after buying this chair, the back and seat (made of chipboard) started falling apart completely. The chair was kept indoors in the kitchen. I guess the occasional dampness just ruined this cheap chair. I have tried to contact the company but am unable to contact them through their website. They say you have to be a registered wholesale user to even contact them. Even before he collapsed, the chair was very hard and uncomfortable. But it looked cool so I kept it but now I regret not returning it now.
