No Press-In: Cycling
This is ideal if you don't have a bottom bracket press-in tool. It screws straight in, but requires two wrenches and a torque wrench to tighten properly. It's silky smooth, quiet and spins freely. I used a washer with my Hollowtech II 24mm spindle. I also didn't have to preload the left crank like I'm used to. Added after a full ski season.
