Review on 🔆 Glow Photoluminescent Egress by Heskins PHOT1 by Knate Scarpelli

I bought this item while I was on a business trip. I used masking tape to mark our tent door and lockers so if you enter the tent with the lights off you don't get hit/bounced by anything. The band is pretty bright considering the amount of light it's exposed to. Also sticks very well. But. The item cost $8.00 but I was charged $30 to ship it to APO, oddly the box said $9.00 shipping. Where did the extra $21.00 go?
