Works well in my Dell Inspiron Tower which I use as a Linux NAS. It currently has 2 HDDs. It's a little tight, but that's not a big problem. Make sure you also get a Moldex to SATA power adapter if needed to power the fan as it is not included like other versions of this product, or you can connect it to the mobo's fan output. .I would recommend anyone using this to lightly shave the little latch on the fan filter with a nail file or sandpaper so it's not that difficult to open and close. Just file a little and check the fit to make sure you're not filing too hard!
