After spending several hours searching the internet for a durable hammock for my Old English Bulldog, based on all the great reviews I decided on the Barklovers hammock. The product arrived neatly packaged in a resealable bag. After 7 uses the zipper in the middle really broke, what do I call a possible defect or maybe a lot of pressure on the hammock? (Bulldog weighs 50 pounds) However, I decided to email Barklovers and explain the situation. I received a reply in less than 24 hours telling me that a new hammock was shipped to me free of charge! I use the new hammock with my pup and no problems so far! Excellent customer service I would highly recommend this item, it is a pleasure to work with a company that cares about their customers. That's a great hammock. We bought the largest size which fits perfectly in my husband's Ram 2500 cab and protects the seats, floor and door panels. This item also fits the back of my Jeep Grand Cherokee to help others figure out what size to buy.
