My husband lent me his mouse when my Apple Magic Mouse stopped working. I liked it so much that I decided to buy one for myself. I like the mouse because it tends to stay connected, the battery life is very good, it's not too clunky and it fits my hand perfectly. Being a video editor, I need a mouse that allows me to easily point my mouse to make precise selections on the timeline without moving the mouse pointer across the screen in the other direction. My Apple Magic Mouse did this over and over again. He had a mind of his own. But the Logitech M557 works like a charm. I am very happy with my experience. As a Mac user, I miss being able to swipe left and right with this mouse because it doesn't include those features. However, I can still right-click and bring up my context menu, and of course the scroll button works fine. I was willing to give up some comfort for this mouse's ease of use.
