Lid struggles to open when opened but still excellent
Perfect rice cooker. I gave it to my mother and she says there are no problems other than the lid. When you open the lid, it swings back as if it was forced open. The whole machine rebels and moves backwards because of this excessive overdoing of the opening lid. I don't understand how the company could control this bug in this product.
