I like how easy it was to integrate with Salesforce for CRM integration - this makes life so much easier! The platform itself has been pretty stable over time which helps when you have multiple employees using different platforms in your organization (which we do).
Sometimes there are glitches or issues where things don't sync up right away after updating but they've gotten better at fixing those problems as of late too because our support team works really hard every day solving customer's questions/issues via email & chat if needed. Make sure all users who use BtB understand their roles within an account before going live since some functions can be used differently than others depending upon role level etc.. We're able solve most technical help requests quickly through quick responses from Support Team + Chat option available 24hrs per dá ;ay 7 days /week during US business hours only.
