Works best on stands
It took me a while to figure out where to put it on the handlebars of my bike. Works best on a stem that is connected to the handlebars. So far I've been fine with holding my phone or tablet while riding the trainer. In the future it would be nice to have several different sized inserts so you can connect them to different sized handlebars.
