Poor customer service, parts break/stop working
The laptop is fine. it works well enough for my kids online school. However, 2 out of 3 charging cables stopped working for us and the support team was not helpful at all. They forced me to send videos and photos and then they stopped writing to me altogether. very bad customer service. I advise against buying it unless you are willing to do the repair yourself. Edited to say the company replaced both chargers after weeks of traveling back and forth, took a month to ship but they got it right which I appreciate.
