Don't judge a book by its cover

From a hardware standpoint, this looks like a well-made and beefy little flash drive. I bought it to transfer some holiday photos from my daughter's iPhone to my Win 10 desktop. Despite years of experience with the latest technology and software, I have not been able to do it reliably and confidently. The seller responded to my inquiries, although the problem was never resolved. I doubt the software. I wouldn't throw the packaging away right away. Your mileage may vary.
