It has a clip between the legs so the wind can't blow it over you, it has a visor (hat brim) to protect your face from rain which also has a rope that can be pulled on and tie securely to head, arms and length were just long enough for me (5ft 7in) and it did a great job of closing my backpack! I am very happy with this purchase, I have run a lot in the rain and it has been really useful.
