This is not Biotera! I bought another one from Sally to compare!
The consistency is watery and doesn't condition the hair like the regular Biotera brand. This was definitely changed with a different conditioner. I have used Sally's product it leaves my hair soft and hydrated. This tore my hair and made it brittle. I have thick hair and this is not normal for me.
