I ordered a purple strap. I have a Samsung S4 which I keep because it has all my music on it. So that's what I use when I first started running. I like this bracelet because I can listen to music while walking and hold the leash and also walk my dog. This allows me to use my hands without constantly reconfiguring my phone or making sure my phone doesn't fall out of my pocket or get caught in my headphones and turned off. It's always annoying. This bandage is perfect. I also like to use it when cleaning. Because I'm doing so many things at the same time, I have one less thing to worry about. This is great, especially when you need to multitask. The strap is adjustable for all hand types and sizes. Can be worn over clothing, under clothing and only on the naked body. The back of the bracelet that touches your skin. It's not plastic or rubber like I thought. It's more of a neoprene material. Which is so comfortable and soft and doesn't itch. It also gives it some stretch and works when you start sweating and it doesn't slip. I got this product at a reduced price for my honest review, which is exactly what it is.
