So overall this is a nice product. My mom likes it very much. The fall, which is tremendous, is that the globe shattered where it was held. Also, the globe won't stay in place and will be lost, which will lead to its unexpected fall if we don't watch it. This also causes the chains to roll and can prevail. I don't know if there is an interchangeable globe or not, but for now we have to be very careful. There's no point in returning it since it's already flush with the ceiling. Another thing is that incandescent bulbs are only one watt so you can't dim or change the settings to be bright. Despite this, a very expensive ceiling fan is currently powered by a cheap product. If this can be fixed I can change my estimate.
