Very tight fit but a little stretchy
It was very charming, the fabric seemed very decent, no strange smells or uneven stitches. It was perfect except it sat at the waist. It was very, very tight. Maybe the one I received was defective but the waist made it so we couldn't pull it over my daughter's lap. It was 20 inches but it was quite stretchy. Otherwise it was great!
