The shower head was leaking after 9 months of use.
After about 9 months of use, my shower head was leaking around the edges. I contacted Grohe USA customer service and they sent me a new unit. I hope that there will be no repeat experiences. I actually bought 2 shower heads - 1 for each of the 2 bathrooms I've remodeled, so I'm planning to use the other shower more often to (hopefully) confirm it's not broken either. While I would give a Grohe product 1 star due to the reliability issue, I give Grohe customer service 5 stars for being very responsive. You would think that for the money being spent on this German designed product it would be bulletproof.
