I love Apple very much. I have been using the device for 4 years now. I bought this mac thinking I was buying the best laptop for the money I had. Used it for a little over 2 weeks, everything was super. Only recently, on Thursday evening, during normal use, when I pressed the touchpad, it cracked. Moreover, a crack on the entire touchpad, "From edge to edge" practically. It functions, the crack itself is not even felt during use, not to say about the look. I went to the official service center, saying the reason was "the touchpad cracked from normal use." They refused, and the "expert" opinion was like an appeal: "a crack on the trackpad." We contacted Apple by phone, the operators said that they were unable to help. I am writing a review because I did not expect this from Apple. I handed it over to the service store where I bought it, I'm waiting for a decision. If not, I'll try to sue.
