UPDATE: The company promptly responded to my review and request for an exchange. They immediately send a replacement and have already received it. I am satisfied with their customer service. As for the product, the new one I received works as advertised. I wanted to use it for a few days before posting and no problems so far. Satisfied customer. The product was perfect for my phone but unfortunately the red band broke in the corner the second time I used it. Just as I put the bracelet on the corner of the phone. Maybe it was defective, but it doesn't inspire much confidence.
