Bad ass knife: my feedback
My husband loves this knife, it makes him feel like Chen Kenichi. He did cut himself with it during one of his first uses. May be too intimidating for beginner cooks!

Better than advertised. cuts Veg so thin it''s see through. Same with Beef. Holds a great edge yet just enough flex in blade to do your work. F n Perfect. I''m now truly amazed at the price point. I have paid over $250.00 for much lesser knifes. Buy one if you are looking . F.Y.I. sharpen with steel only.
