Pros: I chose the chair for myself (height 185), from all the orthopedic chairs in this price category, the choice fell on the Hara Chair. Experience of use - 4 months. The first sensations are quite unusual, as I have not previously sat in a chair with a double seat and a double back. It is worth noting that the chair may not seem comfortable at first, so my advice is to just try to draw a conclusion after at least 2 weeks of use. For me personally, it is more convenient to sit without lumbar support (it can be easily removed), the seat is deeper, the spine is pressed tightly against the back (as if wrapping it in a semicircle). Convenient adjustable swing mechanism, adjustable in 4 positions. The headrest is activated only in the reclining position, which is more suitable for watching videos than for work (this is purely individual). Got cons: A small drawback is the non-adjustable lumbar support (it is convenient that it can be removed)
