The camera is excellent. I must say right away that the photos will not be worse if you shot on the d5100-5200 or d3200. If you take a Nikon camera with crop. matrix, then immediately d7000 or d7100. I just advise you to abandon the 18-55 lens (Nikon D3100 Kit) and take the Nikon D3100 Body and separately buy a Nikon 35mm f / 1.8G AF-S DX Nikkor or Nikon 50mm f / 1.8G AF-S Nikkor lens, the price of which is about 6 000 rub. The quality of the photos will increase by an order of magnitude, or maybe by two. After you learn the basics of photography, you can buy a flash with TTL mode yongnuo 565ex for Nikon (you can find it on ebay for 3,500). I wish you good shots!

- The camera fully justifies its price. You won't find better for this money.
Cons
- 18-55 lens, not very sharp. Lack of exposure bracketing, although with a tripod this is not a problem.
