Review on Soared by Rick Turner

As someone who enjoys staying active, I was eager to test out the various pieces of sports equipment that Soared has to offer. Having said that, my interactions with the online store have been less than satisfying. To begin, the quality of their products is inconsistent, with some of the items giving the impression that they were made on a budget and not living up to the expectations of the price point. In addition, the company's shipping times have been erratic, with some orders arriving several weeks after the date that was originally estimated for delivery. Customer service has been ineffective in resolving these issues, taking several days to respond to emails on average and failing to provide solutions that are easy to understand. The lack of attention that Soared pays to quality control and customer service has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied, despite the fact that the company may have a decent selection of products. Unfortunately, I am unable to give my fellow fitness enthusiasts a recommendation for this online business.
