The waistband has good stretch but holds the pants well which is good if you have an active lifestyle. Unfortunately, the buckle is made of a soft metal that can stretch and fatigue over time, causing the roller portion of the buckle to fall out and rendering the belt useless. The inner tube material is a great idea, but not quite up to the job of relieving stress around belt holes. It takes a while to wear out, but if you want your belt to last more than a year or two, this one will likely disappoint.
