What is your privacy worth to you?

I recently lost a USB stick that I bought over ten years ago. Sold by HP, it was the most reliable memory card I have ever owned. Unfortunately it was a very small wand and on the way it fell out of my pocket and into who knows where. It was used to transfer and store work files, but it wasn't a secure storage device, so its disappearance worried me a lot (not to mention the inconvenience of finding a workaround until I could find an answer to avoid it). Situations. This brings me to a USB drive with a Kingston DT2000 64GB numeric keypad. It begins its information security by having a real keyboard on the flash drive that you can set with a password or a string of numbers up to 15 characters (I settled on 8 characters , so I didn't forget it.) Then the information stored on the memory card is in an encrypted format (hardware AES 256-bit) information (There are several other models with keyboards, but some of them are much larger, and Kingston is also stable pasture from moisture and dust), and it also means that on the different PC s on which you will use the flash drive must have software installed for the flash drive to function. Kingston lets you use it on any machine and all security is in the flash drive, nothing is put on the machine and nothing is left behind when you're done. That was important to me because I can't install any software on a PC in our office network. So if you use a memory card at your workplace, unless you own the workplace or manage the IT department, this is the way to go. While the Kingston Digital 64gb DT2000 may seem like overkill to many people, how much is your personal privacy or work documents worth to you? Oh yes, Kingston offers the DT2000 with less memory for less money. It's USB 3.1, so even with encryption, the flash drive is fast when used on a USB 3.0-enabled machine. I highly recommend this secure memory card if your data is important to you.
