Not 8.5” Flat: my feedback

I have a small head, so I struggle to find headbands that will fit and stay on, and are not $15 each… When I read the description, it said that they are 8 1/2 inches flat which fits me and is the primary reason I purchased THESE headbands… Unfortunately when I got them they are not 8 1/2 inches, they are 9 inches so that was disappointing. They are lightweight they are very soft, but they still slide around in my hair because they are not 8 1/2 inches

Headbands do not stay in place. They are just a bit too snug and will slowly creep up to the top of your head.
