Not Impressed Swimwear & Capes
These bottoms fit well but the side ruffles aren't visible when they're on, they're just plain smooth. With a larger size, ruffles may be visible, but then they become too big. I ordered fuchsia (purple red) but they are pink. Having to pay for shipping both ways is the only reason to keep them, not worth spending more on returning.
