These pillows are not pillow inserts. They are made of reticulated paper, poorly glued and a bit filled with lumps of stuffing. The spatula is about 1/2 inch thick and only in the middle are the corners and edges completely bare. The mesh cover really is like paper and I don't think it lasts more than a couple of washes. The instructions say to fluff the pillow. Fluff Absolutely horrible waste of time Would return and sincerely DO NOT recommend.
