Review on LOCHAS by Jack Malloy

I was really dissatisfied with my recent purchase of a rug from LOCHAS. The rug wasn't just late in arriving; it was also of low quality and a poor match to the online description. When I tried to contact customer support to voice my dissatisfaction, I was faced with unhelpful, indifferent agents who didn't appear to care about finding a solution to my problem. Overall, LOCHAS was a huge letdown for me. Because of my terrible experience, I have avoided LOCHAS and cannot comment on how it compares to similar services. However, I have heard from other people that the company's prices are somewhat excessive relative to the market for its products.
