I've been using it every day for a while now and I'm very happy with it. I almost never leave the house without them. They are very comfortable and forget I'm even wearing them most of the time. In a review I saw that someone complained about the lack of bass. I have a feeling that maybe this person didn't take the time to try the right size headphones for them. In the box you have a choice of large, medium and small buds. Please try them all and find out which size fits you best. When properly matched they have very impressive bass in my opinion. In my experience, when I tried the mid-size headphones out of the box, the bass was really lacking as they couldn't fully seat in my ear. With headphones, you need a good seal for good bass. There is no other way. I saw another review complaining that they don't isolate sound well. I think they isolate enough if you have the right size headphones. But what I like most about the Y100 is that I can hear my surroundings when I need to, which is very nice when I'm at work and need to hear if someone is calling my name. The "Knowledge of the World" feature is really good for this and works really well. But I use it sparingly because it seems to me that it drains the battery faster. Learn more about battery life. I can work about 9-10 hours a day with no issues if I'm not using the environment detection feature and keep the volume at 50-75%. (Definitely safe listening volume. Take care of your hearing!) But I had a couple of days where I left background noise on all the time and it only lasted about 7 hours before completely disappearing. So now I only use it sparingly. This pair fits my Galaxy Note 8 and iPad Pro perfectly. Unfortunately, for some reason I just don't understand, they won't connect or even show up on my Chromebook or laptop. I'm sure there's a logical reason, but it's a damn shame. I have to start with that. --- Warning! --- Micro USB rants below: The biggest thing I'm deducting a star for is that Samsung/AKG CHOOSE TO MAKE THESE CHARGERS WITH MICRO USB IN 2019. It's very frustrating and I just don't understand why they made that decision. I passionately *hate* micro-USB because it's a piece of junk that always loses its ability to connect after about 400 uses. (that's not as much as it seems). What surprises me even more is that Samsung is now using USB-C in all of their products. I know that Samsung had some responsibility for the development because they sell them on the Samsung store and bought the AGK brand a few years ago. I expect the micro USB port to fail in a year or so which is very unfortunate as these are otherwise fantastic wireless headphones. I bought the $12 SquareTrade 4 year warranty which is worth it knowing it will fail. I strongly encourage you to do the same. You can even get a 2-year warranty for around $5. It's worth it! But in the end I still love her very much, even with her flaws. Probably my favorite tech accessory I bought this year. I'm curious to see if they come out with a new version with USB C and laptop connectivity.
