After much research I've narrowed my purchase down to this particular coffee pot and I'm still struggling after owning it for a few weeks. It's very difficult to pour water into the top without splashing because the holes are very narrow and you can't use the coffee pot yourself to fill it, it will cause a leak. Even if you brew the maximum cup of coffee, which is 10, and fill the filter compartment with ten scoops of coffee, it will take quite a long time to brew and there will be a small overflow at the top. For such a quantity and such a famous brand, I expected a little more.
