Bought for my mother who suffers from COPD and recurring bouts of dry mouth. She says it really helps, so my rating is based on her usage. I will buy another bottle if she needs it.

I often get dry mouth from medication. This product works within minutes until you swallow it whole. Then dry mouth again. Mint lifeguards work a lot better for a lot less money.

Bought this product for my daughter. Too bad it wasn't that expensive. Not enough sprays. It must be used several times a day. I recommend this product.

I can finally sleep through the night! Two hits before hitting the pillow and I feel good for 4-5 hours. When I wake up with a dry mouth, I just reach for it on my bedside table, do 2 more squirts and I'll be fine until breakfast. I like it a lot more than Biotene gum (uncomfortable) and Biotene mouthwash (not effective after an hour).

Works great for me, especially at work. I have dry mouth all the time, which I think is due to medication. I originally used Biotene mouthwash but couldn't run to the bathroom to spit out the conditioner so I switched to that instead. I also now have a bottle next to my bed to use at night. I drank water almost constantly or used breath mints to keep salivating. I don't have to do that with that. Less constant drinking means fewer potty breaks lol.
