Pros: -Looks good -Heats up relatively quickly -Towels heat up Cons: -You have to remember to turn it on for 20 minutes before you need a warm towel. It might help if you can set a timer to turn it on automatically. The bars get very hot so you need to be careful not to accidentally touch them when they are on, especially if you have younger children. The width is not too big. If you have large towels you have to cut them in half, almost triple them before you can hang them = longer drying - even though it has 10 sticks you can't hang more than 2 large towels. I think you get this at a relatively lower price compared to those available at Home Depot, Lowe's or Wayfair.
