I bought this fan assembly to replace in my 2004 Chrysler Sebring. The old one still worked, but I occasionally had to hit or kick the fan housing to turn it on. This does not solve the "only works at high speed" problem, you need a new fan resistor for that. This will get rid of a completely dead or stuck fan that is not working intermittently or at all. It works just like the original, fits perfectly and has the right connector. There were no problems installing it, it works as expected.
