Great flashlight. It really is a spotlight. Very bright. The rear light is also bright. Both are rechargeable. I brought a second one for my son. The only thing stopping me is that I should be able to turn off the auto dimming feature. Most people can see well outdoors during the day or in the dark, but at dusk daylight is much weaker and your eyes' ability to see objects becomes reduced (nebulous), especially in the elderly. There is less contrast. This headlight tends to be set lower due to the ambient twilight light. For this reason I added a multidirectional light to the head of the front fork (vertical part).
