The seller contacted me and tried to solve the problem** I have been working with this unit for several hours and this is the best I could get. For some reason my settings were not compatible with this product. The video is garbled and then it showed up at all - normally OBS would just have a black screen because it never found the source. I adjusted all settings on my PS4, OBS and PC. Management is a total joke. Please take a look at the pictures I've attached. English wasn't the author's first language, and I don't care, but it's a mess. Word usage is broken and pictures didn't seem to follow the order of the instructions. The screenshots in the instructions appear to have been taken for Windows 7 (screenshot appears to be from 2018) - many of these settings do not appear in Windows 10. *** The website does not support this product. No website is mentioned and Google could not find any support from Unzano (manufacturer?). The word Unzano is neither in the manual nor on the packaging.***
