Thin plastic and very light - they will literally be blown away in light winds. They have holes in the base for you to mount, but who the heck wants to put the pins in the cones and then pull them out when you move them. Also, I don't want betting to disappear from the field. Clearly, they're not thick rubber like the materials you see on traffic cones.
