Bought as a Christmas gift to be sent abroad so didn't have time to return it. Backpack straps are too long. Zipper went off the track. I was able to fix it but I don't know if it will hold up. If I needed another gift in the future I would look elsewhere. But overall I stuffed it with bags/girl stuff so it worked.
