I would give this scale a zero rating if I could. I've used it for a couple of weeks, positioned and zeroed it correctly. After proper installation, it has not been moved. The zero calibration not only had to be reset daily, but also between weighings. When I weighed myself three times a day in a row, there was +/- 4-5 pounds between each weigh-in. Contract. I repeated this test many times with three weighings. Similar weight variations were observed between each static weigh, and again the zero calibration was not maintained between weighs. trust. For detailed/thorough weight management or weight loss I don't think this is appropriate for this purpose. I returned it.
