I bought the smaller one and decided I needed the larger one too! It comes complete with a stand, it really shines and looks like aluminum wood without a big price tag. I didn't want a crowned tree and this tree is exactly what I was looking for so I'm really happy. It should be remembered that this is not a heavy tree. It's lightweight, it'll likely tip over fairly easily, and it won't want to wear a lot of heavy jewelry. It's not very complete, although neither were the aluminum trees I saw. It really is less than 5.5 feet tall, including the stand. There is a very long branch at the very top that when fully extended can reach nearly 6 feet, but in this case it looks very silly. It also has 3 pieces that are stacked on top of each other and don't interlock so it falls apart if you try to lift it in the middle instead of underneath. The legs of the stand fit in so snugly that I don't think I'll try to pull them out again for fear of breaking them so they won't fit back into their own storage box. It has its issues and isn't perfect, but you get what you pay for. I really like the look and it's worth what I paid.
