Good quality, sturdy, looks nice. (this is my second order for another bathroom.) I’ve dropped one on accident and it was fine, no cracks. The pump is hard to open the first time esp if you don’t read the instructions - just hold the stem BEFORE you put it in the soap and turn the top.
