I was so excited when I saw the packaging and the product but when I tried it for the first time I was so disappointed because when I first saw the product hooked it up to my car it stayed open and open close without doing anything with it. When I drive, you hear the sound of the product opening and closing. The audio continues until you put your phone in (the audio was annoying). Whenever I put my phone on it it seemed fine, but little did I know the grip wasn't that tight. My phone slowly slid down causing wireless charging to not work properly.
