Review on SambaSaaS by Michael Boyle

I like that it's very simple to use, has many features for small businesses without too much complexity (for example you don't need any experience with coding or html). It integrates well into Salesforce CRM which means we can connect leads in one place so they're easily tracked within our system as opposed from multiple places where data could get lost/confused before reaching us! The customer support team are fantastic - always happy help whenever needed whether via chat / email etc., even when things seem straightforward there may be some issues not immediately obvious but this usually isn’t long term once identified by someone who knows how these systems work best dealt out accordingly :) If using another product than SFDC then make sure your integration works first otherwise will end up having problems down line if integrating other way around :o) Great tool especially considering its price compared at competitors more expensive products!!
