I purchased and replaced the ballast within a few months with no problems. After noticing that my headlight had failed after a major storm, I contacted the company via email and was informed of serious problems with the Escalade's headlights. I researched the claim and found this issue to be correct. I went on youtube and found ways to re-glue the headlight and other ideas but decided to swap the headlight. As you can see there was a lot of water in the headlight assembly which went straight into the ballast causing it to not work. I would buy another ballast from GenXenon as they have been great to work with, they have always responded to emails and are very ACCESSIBLE in their products.
