After researching, experimenting and presenting data on the effect of blue light on human circadian rhythm and sleep quality, I purchased it to improve my condition and health. I also bought one for each of my children as we do a lot of computer work. When opening the box, the blue light test light/card was not there. So I used one from another purchase. The glasses were light and the sunglasses of the same quality as Target/Claire. Sweet. They are smaller than I expected from other photos. I used them that day at work on my desktop, I felt the difference immediately (I took them off and put them back on to check the visual difference) and since it was still daylight I could tell when I looked up at the sky, there was an amber hue cutting through the blue. The light frame makes me forget they're on me, the last 3 days I've been using them for work/study, I didn't feel tired. My kids have noticed the same (less sleepy reading their school e-books).
