I bought this to use indoors to visually cordon off an area in our church building; I have to install and remove these cones once a week. I am very happy with this smart design! All 3 folding cones fit in the included 10" x 10" zippered bag, which is great as I can pack and carry them in the car with minimal trunk space. every week when I need them. Durable, high quality material. The folding element is well made and well thought out. Each cone is approximately 18 inches high. I recommend these at least for indoor use that need to be installed and removed/stored frequently. Haven't used them outdoors but they will probably work fine. as the material is good quality but each cone is definitely lighter than a standard rubber road cone so it's probably easier to hit or knock down than a standard cone.
