I would happily give this beautiful light 5 stars if the hardware provided works as intended. The whole product is very nicely designed and packaged. However, it takes a lot of effort to install because the metal hanger is about 3/16 inch shorter than the US standard, making it impossible to screw the hanger into an existing ceiling box. I ended up using my old prop which unfortunately doesn't have a center thread and I couldn't find a center threaded prop to match the threaded pipe at any local hardware store. Anyway I managed to put it up and I hope it doesn't fall! Another thing is that the polarity of the wires is marked with a small sticker that easily tears off with a light touch and can cause problems when wiring in the opposite direction (in my case it came off, and I have one multimeter included). Hometown). Other than that, the seller responds quickly to my questions and the light is really cute. As long as the hanging bracket fits the standard US shipping carton, installation should be easy. As a registered professional electrical engineer, I recommend the seller to fix the length of the suspension bracket. Update 7/27/2016: It's been a few weeks since I posted the original review. I would like to change the rating to 5 stars as the seller was quick to contact me and sent me a new hanger that works great. One of the best shopping experiences I've had at Revain. The seller is honest, open and knows how to solve problems. Thank you and highly recommended.
